I always put the person on the first place. I listen, ask questions and support in many different areas. I love to observe the dynamics of changes the worker undergoes. In Qodeca each day is different, thus I learn new things, experience and what I like the most I am close to people. We will meet during the recruitment process but this is not the only area I supervise.

WE_work
only remotely from the very beginning. We operate in flexible teams which change depending on the project’s requirements. What is more important we prefer to have permanent relationships with our employees. In our team we have a wide selection of competencies on board starting from PMs, business analysts, product designers and programmers and finishing with testers and DevOps.
WE_use
the latest available technologies. The basis of our technological tools are those offered by Microsoft. We explore a lot the Azure cloud as well as the whole NET platform. If we need a scripting language we use mainly Java Script and Node.js. When it comes to frontend Angular and React are our first choice.
WE_develop
We put a lot of emphasis on development. We take part in trainings, workshops and professional conferences. We also use an e-learning platform thanks to which we learn different languages and how to develop our soft skills. The photo of the design team from GaBo workshop.

as a team. This element is particularly developed on our team building workshops where many attractions and surprises await us. Most importantly we can see each other face to face and spend time together in a creative way.
WE_celebrate
there is always a reason to celebrate, but the most important holidays we try to celebrate in a special atmosphere. Once a month we meet online and celebrate our birthdays. Each jubilarian receives on that day a sweet parcel.
WE_recruit
We like to work fast and efficiently. When you apply for a job with us, your CV will be verified from the technical point of view. Be ready to have a meeting with our recruiter Gosia or our HR Business Partner Agata. They would like to know you as a person and find out about you as much as possible. There next step will be the technical interview where you meet online with our Senior Developers who will check your technical skills. If everything is ok we will call you with a job offer. The whole process lasts maximum one week.
WE_welcome
you. When you join our team a welcome pack will be waiting for you and a high quality equipment for you to work on. There will also be space for MisieQ – our constant travelling companion. Remember we work only remotely which allows us to see the world while working #workation.
