What will you do?
- Leading the Discovery phase for new projects: facilitating workshops, uncovering hidden business needs, and defining the initial product scope and MVP.
- Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to transform client ideas into business models by providing expert consultancy on digital strategy, market fit, and long-term product vision.
- Serving as a bridge between high-level business goals and technical execution, leveraging your experience from dynamic software house environments to manage evolving requirements.
- Visualizing system dependencies and complex business processes using UML/BPMN to ensure a robust, scalable architecture.
- Supporting UI/UX activities, ensuring that system constraints and business logic are harmonized with a great user experience.
- Working closely with Agile teams, ensuring smooth delivery and maintaining a high standard of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in the Discovery phase: Ability to lead stakeholders through the process of defining requirements in an environment of ambiguous and evolving needs.
- Software House experience: Comfort in working on diverse projects and the ability to adapt quickly to different business domains.
- Relationship and Partnership Building: Ability to establish trust with stakeholders from abroad, acting not just as an analyst but as an advisor who proactively suggests solutions.
- Extensive Background in Analysis: At least 5 years of experience in business and system analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in documenting API integrations, mapping complex data structures, and a solid understanding of data modeling.
- Visual Modeling Skills: Confidence in creating system analyses and solution architectures using UML/BPMN.
- Communication & Business Acumen: Fluent English and Polish (min. C1) with the ability to lead workshops and manage client expectations.
- Problem-Solving Tools: Familiarity with user stories, use cases, and the ability to query SQL databases to support data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility: Readiness to work partially in the afternoons and evenings due to client meetings in different time zones.
Nice-to-have skills
- Product Leadership: Experience acting as a (Proxy) Product Owner, actively shaping the product vision and roadmap.
- Experience managing backlogs and requirements in Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Background in software development or technical design.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on wireframes and user journeys.
