Senior Project Manager

Lead digital products from first conversation to successful release—and beyond.

At Qodeca, we build digital products for international clients, primarily in the USA and the Middle East. We don't just execute tasks—we act as trusted consultants to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can independently lead client engagements, act as a strategic advisor, bring structure to complex delivery environments, and connect business goals with technical realities.

This is a commercially aware delivery role. You will not only manage timelines and teams—you will understand the health of your projects, identify growth opportunities and help shape new engagements together with Delivery and Sales.

What will you do?

  • Act as a strategic consultant: Advise clients on project delivery approaches, help solve business challenges, and guide product strategy beyond basic timeline management.
  • Manage a varied portfolio: Depending on project scale, you may own one strategic engagement or a portfolio of smaller client initiatives, giving you exposure to different products, industries and delivery challenges.
  • Drive commercial & delivery health: Understand project profitability, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Delivery and Sales when onboarding new clients and shaping new engagements.
  • Shape internal practices: As a Senior PM, you will also have the opportunity to influence how Delivery works at Qodeca—sharing practices, improving processes and contributing to initiatives across the wider PM community.
  • Own end-to-end projects: Independently lead engagements from discovery through delivery, release, and continued development.
  • Lead client communication: Act as the primary delivery and consulting contact, building long-term trusted partnerships.
  • Facilitate early-stage work: Lead discovery sessions, workshops, kick-offs, and roadmap discussions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Organize, align, and motivate developers, QA specialists, BAs, and UX/UI designers.
  • Keep delivery under control: Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, dependencies, and capacity, escalating risks early and clearly.

What do we expect from you?

  • Project management & consulting experience: Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT or software development projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Parallel ownership: Experience independently managing several projects or client relationships at the same time.
  • Client & stakeholder management: Proven experience working directly with international decision-makers, building trusted relationships, managing expectations, and steering conversations with a consultant mindset.
  • End-to-end delivery: Ability to lead the full project lifecycle—from discovery, estimation, and planning through delivery, release, and further product development.
  • Delivery & commercial control: Strong command of scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, profitability, and change management.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Experience organizing and prioritizing the work of interdisciplinary delivery teams (developers, QA, Business Analysts, UX/UI designers).
  • Ways of working: Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum, supported by practical experience with project management tools.
  • Technical awareness: Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate confidently with engineering and product teams and connect business objectives with technical constraints.
  • Web and mobile: Hands-on project management experience in both web and mobile application development.
  • Autonomy and adaptability: High level of independence, ownership, proactivity, and assertiveness—ability to lead and consult even when requirements are incomplete, ambiguous, or changing.
  • Languages: Fluent English (minimum C1) and Polish (minimum C1), with confident written and verbal communication.
  • US client collaboration: Readiness to occasionally adjust working hours to support meetings and key delivery moments with US-based clients (this is not a regular shift-work arrangement).

Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience with fitness, health & wellness or other B2C digital products.
  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions and workshops, shaping products from a very early stage.
  • Experience with Cloud, SaaS, AI, Big Data, or other data-driven products and solutions.
  • Ability to prepare high-level estimates based on a limited set of requirements.
  • Experience scaling existing projects and expanding client relationships.
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps and Google Workspace.

What can you expect in return?

  • Ownership without micromanagement: You will have real authority over how your projects are structured and delivered.
  • International exposure: You will work directly with international stakeholders and decision-makers, primarily across the US and Middle East.
  • Consultant position: You are treated as an expert partner—both by us and by our clients—not a task-checker.
  • Attractive salary: B2B remuneration of 18,000–24,000 PLN net + VAT, plus 26 fully paid days off per year.
  • 100% Remote flexibility: Fully remote collaboration model with flexible working hours (with occasional adjustments for key US client meetings).
  • Impact & Community: Real opportunity to influence company processes, share best practices, and help shape our internal PM community.
  • Real growth opportunities: 90% of Qodeca’s leaders have been promoted internally.

Additional benefits

  • Private health care (Lux Med).
  • Co-financing for the MultiSport card.
  • Birthday celebrations, Christmas gifts and team integrations.
